BEAU RYAN
Beau Ryan, a great character and emerging television personality, can be seen regularly on The Footy Show panel on Thursday nights on Channel Nine during the NRL season.
His quick wit, friendly and outgoing nature and fun attitude have made him a favourite on the show, and his quirky Beau Knows segment is a hit with viewers.
Ryan played his junior years with Wests Illawarra and won a premiership with the St George Illawarra Jersey Flegg Cup team in 2005.
He made his NRL debut for Wests Tigers against Canberra Raiders in 2007 and scored his first try in his next game. In 2008, he played 15 games for the Tigers, scoring eight tries, and in his first season as a regular in 2009 he bagged 13 more.
Over the next three years at the Tigers he scored 24 tries in 69 games, with injury reducing his 2011 season to 13 games.In 2012, Ryan was selected for the Prime Minister’s XIII and scored a try in his first representative game.He moved to the Cronulla Sharks in 2013 and has made himself an invaluable member of his new club.
Beau is very excited and not the least bit nervous to be making his theatrical debut for Bonnie lythgoe Productions in “Aladdin and his Wondrous Lamp” There’s no stopping him now as you will witness in his engaging performance on stage.
